Have you ever hoped you could drive your car on a road that looks like it was made by someone who doesn't know anything about physics? Hi, Slippery Slope.
This game doesn't have a timer. You have to race even though your hands are shaking. The roads are small and float above a city that is lit up with bright lights. It's pretty and shiny, and it wants you to fall. It's simple: just keep driving. What's real? The roads are broken up and ready for you to make one small mistake. I don't like gravity.
There's no need to go 200 miles per hour here. You shouldn't spend all your time in the "Great Abyss."
W /↑ Move forward.
S/↓ Put it away (or hope you can stop in time).
A /← Steer left.
D /→ Steer right.
The stop is the space bar. Your best friend when the road ends.
Turn on the Nitro. Use this if you want to die or have a big gap to jump over.
Click the "I messed up" button. There you have it. The last ten seconds did not happen. To begin again, press this.
It's not like other "fast and furious" games. This is how we would describe it: "slow and slightly terrified."
There's no end to stress that feels like Zen. You are free to do what you want, which makes each mistake feel more important.
The View Is Lovely: The views of cities from above are lovely. Enjoy them for a moment before you fly by them at 9.8 meters per second squared.
Even though physics is both fair and unfair, the car moves like a real machine. In a sloped place, the wheel will fall if you tilt it too far.
Style Points: Do a perfect slide to get points. You can use those points to unlock new areas and improve your car so that you can fall off of more difficult roads.
Nitro Roulette: The boost makes you go faster, but if you time it wrong, it drops you right to the bottom.
We Believe: Don't Look Down
You can learn how to say "one more try" with Slippery Slope. It will pay off to keep your cool and act carefully. This game is great for people who think normal roads are too big and that being on solid ground is too good to be true. It hurts, it looks beautiful, and it feels great when you finally get that hard turn right.
Remember that even though the city below looks nice, it doesn't have a safety net.
